Condo.com.my is a listing platform. Properties are published and maintained by the licensed real estate agents handling them. We are not a party to any tenancy, purchase or sale agreement — transactions happen directly between you and the agent or property owner.

Listing information

Photos, prices, availability and descriptions come from the listing agent. While we run checks and moderation, we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or current. Always verify important details — price, size, tenure, condition — with the agent before committing to anything.

AI answers and market data

AI search results, price answers and area guides are generated automatically from listing and market data. They are provided for general information only and are not financial, legal or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before making property decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy or republish listing content without permission.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading or offensive content in questions, answers or enquiries.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Agent accounts

Agents are responsible for their account credentials and for the accuracy and legality of the listings and answers they publish. We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaches these terms.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, reliance on listing information or AI-generated answers, or dealings with agents or third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
