Privacy Policy

Condo.com.my is a Malaysian property platform where licensed real estate agents list homes for sale and rent. It is run by IPush Property Sdn Bhd, which also publishes the iClick Property mobile app for agents (Android and iOS). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or the app and how we use it. The app section is further down this page.

Information we collect

• Browsing data — like most websites, our servers record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy.
• Search and Q&A — questions you type into our AI search or community Q&A are processed to generate answers, and selected questions may be published (without your personal details) on our public Q&A pages.
• Contact details you choose to share — if you send an enquiry to an agent or leave your contact details in a lead form, that information is passed to the relevant agent so they can respond to you.
• Agent accounts — registered agents provide profile information (name, contact details, registration details) that is displayed publicly on their listings and profile pages.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve the site, show you relevant listings, connect you with the listing agent when you ask to be contacted, keep agents signed in, and protect the platform against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies for agent sign-in sessions and for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the public parts of the site work without signing in.

Third parties

Listing enquiries go to the licensed agent handling the property. Analytics data is processed by Google. We may share information when required by Malaysian law.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or remove personal information you have submitted — use the options on our contact page. Agents can update their own profile and listing data from their account.

iClick Property app

The iClick Property app is for registered property agents. It uses the same agent account as condo.com.my. Here is what the app collects and why.

• Account — your name, mobile number, email, password and agent details, so you can sign in and so your profile can show on your listings.
• Photos and camera — when you add or edit a listing or a Community post, you can pick photos from your phone or take a new one with the camera. Only the photos you choose are uploaded, and they are shown publicly with that listing or post. The app does not read any other photos.
• Push notifications — the app stores a notification token for your phone (from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) so it can alert you about new leads, replies to your posts and Ask AI answers. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.
• Contacts — if you choose to save or edit a contact in the app, it is written to your phone's address book. Your phone contacts are not uploaded to our servers.
• Call log — the Recent Contacts screen reads your phone's call log so you can quickly call or WhatsApp a recent number. This list stays on your phone and is not uploaded. When you tap a WhatsApp button, we record that the tap happened so you can see how many enquiries you get.
• Listings, leads and Community — the listings, lead reveals, Community posts, comments and Ask AI questions you send from the app are stored on our servers. Listings and Community posts are public. Ask AI questions may also be posted to the Community Q&A so other agents can help.
• App analytics — we use Google Firebase Analytics to see which app features are used and to fix problems. It collects usage data such as screens opened and your device type, under Google's privacy policy.

The app does not use your phone's GPS location. Property locations are the state, area and address you type for a listing. We do not sell your personal information.

Deleting your account

In the iClick Property app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account, then enter your password to confirm. Your app account is closed straight away and you are signed out.

To have your profile, listings and other personal data removed as well, send a request through our contact page using the mobile number or email on your account. Some records may be kept where Malaysian law requires it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
