About Lake Villa Deluxe

Lake Villa Deluxe is listed in our directory as an apartment development in Seremban. They can also suit landlords looking for a unit to rent out. Units in a development like this change hands from time to time, so the best way to understand what is available is to look at current listings and compare asking prices, layouts and condition across several units.

Living here: what to check before you buy or rent

Before you commit, ask the agent or the management office about the tenure of the land and the type of title, and check the title documents with your lawyer. Ask about the monthly maintenance fees and sinking fund, what they cover and whether there are any outstanding charges on the unit. Find out which facilities are available to residents and how they are kept up. View the unit in person, look for signs of leaks, cracks or damp, and test the plumbing and electrical points. Check parking arrangements, security and access cards. If you are renting, read the tenancy agreement carefully, agree on the deposit terms in writing and note the condition of the unit and any furniture before moving in.
