Menara Polo is strategically located within close proximity to the city centre. It is just 10 minutes away from KLCC. This condominium is a great place to call home for the locals and expatriates who want to live near to the city and escape the traffic. It is also surrounded by plenty of amenities (and cheap eateries too).
The price of Menara Polo is stagnant for several years now at around RM220 psf. Even developer's units were still available till 2006. This might be due to several reasons.
