Lido Residency is a brand new leasehold condominium still in the works, targeted to be completed in the year 2016. It is a highly anticipated project from SCP (Cheras) Sdn Bhd located on Jalan Loke Yew in Cheras, in Bandar Sri Permaisuri. It is located approximately only 10 minutes away from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur with the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) only 45 minutes away.

Built on a 1.2 acre plot of land, Lido Residency is a high rise development with 32 storeys and a low density of only 294 units. There will be six different types of layouts, with built-ups ranging between 897 sf and 1,636 sf. Launch prices are rather steep at between RM756,960 and RM1,376,160.

Being a brand new condominium in an era where there is much competition in the property sector, the developer of Lido Residency is handing out much freebies such as free air-conditioners and two years free maintenance fees. Amongst the other monetary benefits are free SPA fees and free legal fees.

There will be much entertainment at Lido Residency, with many facilities provided. Amongst the basics are the swimming pool, bubble pool, children's playground and barbecue area, as well as a gymnasium and jogging track for the adults. There will also be a spa pool and yoga deck, while covered parking and 24-hour security is a given.

Being located almost within the city centre, Lido Residency enjoys much benefits such as its proximity to many major shopping complexes like the Bukit Bintang Plaza, 1 Shamelin Shopping Mall and Farenheit88. Both primary and secondary schools are also plentiful in the area with the nearest medical centre being the Universiti Kebangsaan Hospital only 5 minutes away.

Lido Residency's location is its main selling point, as it is located on the main trunk road Jalan Loke Yew which provides excellent connectivity to the city centre as well as to many highways such as the Kuala Lumpur - Seremban Highway and the Karak Highway. Public transportation is also very convenient with two different bus stops on Jalan Yaacob Latif, which is a very short walking distance from the condo
