Being a resident of The Scott Garden, almost everything is reachable within the development itself from groceries to a place to hang out with friends; you will find it here at The Scott Garden. There are also various other facilities such as CIMB Bank, Galaxy Magazine for your monthly magazine consumption, eateries such as Sambal, Ah Ben Steamboat and Chatime Bubble Tea to name a few, and even Nilufar Pets & Aquarium if you need to buy your pet foods. In a nutshell, everything is under one roof!

Some property watchers commented that they are not comfortable with the design plan of the mall as they claim that the design has limited the natural lighting and makes the area seem dark. You can actually view this for yourself as the inside mall is quite empty compared to the happening and crowded bars and cafes located facing the streets.

Facilities :
- Scott Soho
- Gymnasium
- Jogging track
- Infinity pool
- Lush landscaping with water canals
- BBQ pits
- 24-hour security with CCTV, card access and colored video intercom
